Senior Web Developer (Business Support Services Division)
Work Description Senior PHP Developers at Direct HR independently develop client oriented and in-house web applications on the basis of open source technology. This happens in collaboration with the sales team, which provides the functional specifications for the web applications. To fulfill this function you have to be able to conduct the following tasks:
Communicate with internal stakeholders concerning their requirements for the application
Develop functional documentation based on these requirements
Analyze externally provided functional documentation for an application
Develop technical documentation for the application based on internal client requirements
Analyze externally provided technical documentation for the application
Programming of complete client applications independently or with fellow Senior PHP Developers
Coordinate and support Junior PHP Developers in their development process

At least 3 years experience in programming with HTML, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, Ajax
At least 3 years experience in professional web development
Preferably experienced with the Zend Framework
An effective and efficient communicator
Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin), speaking and writing
Proficient in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
