Junior Analyst (Business Support Services Division)

Junior Analysts at the Polymax Group Headquarter in Ningbo/China support the Marketing & Sales Team in developing the online marketing channels (online business development), generating new client contacts (client acquisition), as well as the day-to-day client relationship management (account management). To fulfill these functions you have to be able to conduct the following tasks:
Online Business Development:
Optimize Polymax Group’s web marketing
Support the online product development team
Client Acquisition:
Research on potential client contacts
Email marketing in English
Conduct phone calls with prospective clients
Support the Sales Managers in their daily duty
Client Relationship Management:
Integration of new clients into our service operations
Effective and efficient day-to-day communication with clients via email, phone and face-to-face
Coordinating the service delivery to our clients
Up-selling of value added services to existing clients

An effective and efficient communicator
Proficient in English, spoken and written
An outgoing and assertive personality
Able to work on projects independently as well as in a team setting
Resistant to stress and willing to go the extra mile
A university graduate, preferably with a Bachelor Degree in English, Business Studies, Marketing or Economics
A bit experienced in Marketing & Sales (e.g. through an internship) in a Business-to-Business environment
Proficient working with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet
