Assistant Merchandiser (Sourcing Division)

Work Description
Assisting the Chief Merchandiser in preparing and maintaining merchandising team's operating and business filing system according to the ISO Quality System, incl.:

  • Reviewing contract and order confirmation details
  • Designing missions, controlling of various samples
  • Purchasing Control
  • Control testing and inspections internally & externally
  • Controlling of non-conformity products
  • Update Shipping Schedules
  • Control the export documentation and shipping issues
  • Make correspondence with customers
  • Send out samples
  • Quality Control at subcontractors
  • Supervise packaging work and container loading

  • An effective and efficient communicator
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written
  • A goal oriented worker
  • Resistant to stress and willing to go the extra mile
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the textiles sector
  • Fluent in English
  • Good MS office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Tidy and systematic organizational behavior and working
