HR Philosophy
Within our organization we highlight the personal and professional growth of each individual as a member of a team. We have the strong believe that sustainable growth has to be developed organically from within the organization. Therefore, we support a continuous learning process through on-the-job training, in-house seminars and education provided by external experts. But apart from technical skills we have a keen interest to train the soft skills of each team member, i.e. communication, interpersonal and language skills.
This reflects the long-term interest in our people, and in return we expect long-term commitments from our team members. Even though we keep low hierarchies and encourage intensive communication, we create an environment, in which each individual clearly understands his/her function within the team.
